5.1 All delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, public emergencies or other events beyond our reasonable control.
5.2 Risk of loss, damage or theft of goods transfers to you immediately once the goods are handed over to the designated shipping carrier.

Shopify is not a party to any transaction and shall not be responsible for product quality, delivery disputes or claims arising from your orders. You agree not to pursue any claim against Shopify arising out of purchases made at our store.
